This is the newest thing we do and the shortest list, so here is all of it rather than a description of what AI could do in principle.

Varta Chat is our own conversational assistant. It handles enquiries and bookings, and it is running inside a customer's business in Agartala rather than sitting in a demo.

We have also built AI into an application a customer was already using: a resume analyser, added to software that stayed in service throughout. That is usually the harder and more useful version of this work, because nobody has to change what they already know.

And Prescivo, our healthcare product, ships a conversational assistant that takes someone from asking for help to a confirmed appointment.

What does Prabhabi actually do?
We help businesses work out what technology they need, and then build or connect it. In practice that means AI and automation, joining up systems that do not talk to each other, custom software when off-the-shelf does not fit, and testing. We also build and run software of our own — you can open Praklix right now without talking to us first. We are based in Agartala and serve customers across India and Europe.
If AI can do so much now, why do I need you?
Because using a tool and getting something out of it are different jobs. The models are genuinely good, and they cost you what they cost us. What takes the time is working out which part of your week is worth handing over, wiring it into the software you already run, and being the person who fixes it when it stops. That is the part we do.
We already pay for tools we barely use. How is this different?
It is the most common thing we hear, and it is a fair question. We would rather make what you already pay for do its job than sell you another subscription. Sometimes the answer is that a tool you own is fine and nobody ever set it up properly. If that is the case, we will say so.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most of the work is joining things up rather than swapping them out. We build our own software when nothing off the shelf fits the way a business actually works, not as a starting point.
Is AI part of everything you do now?
No. It goes in where it does a job better than a form or a missed call, like answering the enquiry that arrives every day or reading something so a person does not have to. If it would not help your business, that is worth finding out before anyone builds anything.
